Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your yoga mat to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your yoga mat must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging with the label intact.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at nadia@bodymindconnect.net. If your return is accepted, we'll provide further instructions on how to send your yoga mat back. Yoga mats sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your yoga mat upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong yoga mat, so we can resolve this for you promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the yoga mat was faulty.
